View All PlansAt this point in your legal career, passing the bar exam will likely be the greatest challenge that you’ve faced. The bar exam will require you to memorize over one thousand legal rules and apply them in a series of tests that will take a total of twelve hours to complete. (The bar exam will be spread over two days, so you’ll have six hours each day to work on the exam.) In jurisdictions that use the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE), the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE) is worth half the available points. In almost all jurisdictions that don’t use the UBE, the MBE is still an essential component of the bar exam. To help you pass the MBE, we offer you the chance to take this practice MBE exam.
You might think that taking a practice exam will only add to your stress by putting you through a test before you take the longest test of your life. But taking a practice exam will improve your chances of passing the bar exam, not hurt them. Taking a practice exam will boost your odds of passing the bar exam because it will introduce you to the structure of bar exam questions, and it will give you the chance to practice applying the rules that you’ve learned in your bar exam studies. Furthermore, it will give you the opportunity to develop the time management skills that will be crucial to passing the bar. Achieving a passing score on the bar exam isn’t just about knowing the applicable MBE legal rules. It’s also about knowing how to recognize key legal issues in MBE questions, knowing how to distinguish between different answers, and knowing how to manage your exam time. If you aren’t able to answer all 100 questions in three hours, you won’t receive full credit on the exam.
This practice exam focuses on the MBE topics of Real Property, Evidence, Contracts, and Criminal Law. All of these topics are guaranteed to be on your state’s administration of the MBE, as the MBE tests the same subjects every year. If you don’t pass this exam, you can always restart the exam and try again.
