What is Former Judge, Arbitrator or Mediator?

A lawyer shall not represent anyone regarding a matter in which the lawyer participated as a judge, law clerk, arbitrator or mediator, unless all parties to the proceedings give informed consent, confirmed in writing. Rule 1.12
