What is Transactions Between Client and Lawyer?

A lawyer shall not enter into a business transaction with a client unless the transaction and terms are reasonable to the client, fully disclosed, in writing, and giving the client a reasonable chance to seek the advice of independent legal counsel. The client must give informed consent in writing. Rule 1.8(a)
