What is Non-disturbance?

The concept of consenting to (i.e., not disturbing) the rights of another, used typically in the context of a lender agreeing to permit a tenant to remain in its leasehold when the tenant’s landlord (who would be the lender’s borrower) defaults under its loan to the lender.
