What is Real Estate Broker?

An agent who lists property for sale, usually on a multi-list of brokers' listings, and who negotiates contracts for the sale of real estate on behalf of one of the parties to the transaction. It is not unusual today to see the Buyer of real estate also represented in the transaction by her own broker.
