Unconscionable

What is Unconscionable?

Certain contracts may be unenforceable if they are excessively one-sided and the result of unequal bargaining power. Certain clauses may be so one-sided, and sometimes buried in the small print of form contracts, that they take total advantage of the other party and are oppressive.
