What is Jury Instructions?

The presiding judge in a jury trial decides all questions of law and objections that occur. The judge instructs the jury on the law and advises them how to apply the law to their factual findings and render their verdict. The judge also instructs the jury during the trial regarding the restricted nature or scope of any admissible evidence.
