Incompatibility

Learn about the definition for this legal term.

What is Incompatibility?

Incompatibility is akin to the no-fault grounds like irreconcilable differences; in fact this ground for divorce was a forerunner to the modern no-fault grounds, but it did connote more of a meaning of wrongdoing in order to keep the idea of fault prominent in the ground.
