What is Right of Privacy?

The generic right to privacy refers various rights considered to be inherent in the concept of ordered liberty. Concerns the right of individuals to be free from governmental interference in basic personal decisions, choices, intimate relationships, and familial rights. The Supreme Court recognizes constitutional zones of privacy inferred within certain constitutional provisions.
