What is Business Records Exception?

Business records are exceptions to the Hearsay Rule. They consist of any writings or records of acts, events, conditions, opinions, or diagnosis, if kept in the regular course of business, unless the source of information or circumstances of preparation indicate a lack of trustworthiness. May apply to profit or non-profit organizations.
