What is Concurrent Conflict of Interest?
The lawyer may not represent a client if there is a concurrent conflict of interest, which means that the representation of one client will be directly adverse to another client; or there is a significant risk that the lawyer will materially limit his responsibilities to a client based on his representation of another client.
